My myspace page of 4 years, 9000 friends has been deleted !?

OMG i've worked 4 years, 9000 friends, 8 hours a day on my myspace page, to make it succesful for working with the clubbing industry and to keep in touch with my child ..

and now today i got an email telling me they deleted my account due to copyright infringement !! they didnt give me any kind of warning or anything, i realized it was a video of myself when i was on MTV !! i wish they would just delete the video without deleting my whole page that i spent countless hours on every single day and promote and work with clients, im could end up losing major amounts of money if i continue to be deleted :/

i emailed myspace support, customer service, copyright, and privacy email address' . i am praying for a miracle .. for some reason i can still look into my inbox, but cant respond cause im deleted off of myspace as if im a ghost.

anyone have any luck of restoring their account after a deletion ? like i said whats funny is i can still read some of the inbox still.

You have no enforceable legal claim against myspace in the USA. However, if any of your contacts / friends are located in countries like India, you can easily get the myspace website blocked in India and other signatory coutries who have signed the UN Model Commerce IT law. It costs Rupees 50 (about 80 US cents) to file an online complaint in India (to the Information Technology Secretary of the concerned State Government) for this offence under section 43 and 67 of the Indian Information Technology Act 2005.
