You can use "paint" on your computer to do that.

Well you can use any standerd photo editing software. If you have Windows then it should come with one called "Paint" It is free and should be under your accesories. I use photoshop which is more advance. If you want me, I can edit photo's for free. As long as it is simple like covering the face. The picture that they posted on myspace was probably a normal picture, like a JPEG or a GIF. If it was then there isn't a way to really uncover it, and see what is underneath. This is because these normal basic types of pictures have no layers, so the drawing has written over the original image. If it is a PNG or other more advanced format then it is possible using something like Photoshop or Fireworks, or any other software that can view and work with layers.

Anyway, I doubt you'll be able to, but you might get lucky.
