it's just an online community...everyone has a webpage with pictures and information about themselves (some even more than just that)...you're probably familiar with hi5...and if so, it's basically the same thing

MySpace is called a "social network". That means that you can create your own personal page/space to put whatever you want (words, music, pictures, etc.) It can be fun for some people. It is fairly easy to use, but I wouldn't recommend it, since it is just a place to write your feelings on the internet.
