My boyfriend and I have been dating for only 9 months officially but have been friends for over 2years.
However, I have always had this problem with MYSPACE! I hate being a girl who always checks on my BF's page on a daily basis to see whats going on. I do trust him but I do not trust certain so called "friends" who are girls. I believe they write him probably on a weekly if not daily basis but only to his "inbox" rather than to his comments (where comments are displayed publicaly). I did approach him about this situation last nite and told him exactly how I feel and he said I have nothing to worry about and even his guy friends message him though his inbox. It's just funny because I know that guys message me all the time and its try'ing to hit on me or talk to me or to leave a message in which they do not want my BF to see.
SO I KNOW WHATS UP....... AND OBIVOUSLY PEOPLE SEND MESSAGES TO HIS INBOX............ please help me I'm I going crazy or does any one understand me???????

If guys sending messages to you hitting on you doesn't hurt your relationship with him, why would girls sending messages to your boyfriend hurt your relationship? The only reason would be that you don't believe he really wants to be with you or is waiting for someone better to come along. The only one who can help you is you. Until you trust him and his feelings for you, you will not have a stable relationship.

He deletes his messages if a girl I don't trust sends something to him or He lets me see the messages so i know theres nothing bad in it. Mayb you should just ask to see them so you can ease your bad thoughts a little.

(i saw that on an article on Yahoo!) just trust that he is in love with you and strong enough of a man to say no to the skanky myspace girls!!

Does MYSPACE hurt a relationship?? Help me!? yes myspace does hurt. i made my husband delete his myspace account. because a girl he had a crush on. and liked for a certain amount of years. She was on it. and we couldnt have a relashionship untill. she was all together gone. and i was much happier when he did delete it. and we never mentioned her ever again. and now we have a strong relashionship. You should have to make sure whose on his account. because thats the only way. or he gives you the password. So he doesnt loose any other his other friends that pose no threat to your relashionship. and i know what you mean. its not that u dont trust him. its just you feel more secure that nothing is going on under ur nose. Certain girls just dont quit. and often times guys fall to their feet. So just be careful. is all. and I understand u i had the same problem.

Help me!? i have myspace and my fiancee got really upset because some guy i met at the airport was sending me messages instead of posting comments... we werent flirting or nothing but my fiancee felt the way you feel now.. and i totally understand it... so i stoped talking to him... but i understand how you feel... i rather my fiancee to be happy and calm than for him to worried because of that guy... tell your boyfriend again... and maybe he has lots of friends and it woudl be better for you to understand and get use to his friends writing him... at the end he's with you... and not with those girls... he loves you and i think it would be better for you to let it go... write more often in his myspace so they girls know he has a girlfriend... its better to trust eachother than feeling like you can't talk to your friends because your boyfriend or girlfriend gets mad... good luck :D

No, u should trust ur BF because u have a myspace 2, but u never cheat on him w/ it, so maybe even though girls hit on him on myspace if he's a good man he would turn them down, this isn't about myspace but its about ur relationship, because even w/o myspace girls could still throw themselves on him outside but it all depends on him.

Since theyre sending him messages that you can't see, youre probably right in thinking that shady **** is going down. If I were you, I'd just try not to think about it. Has he actually been in real contact with any of them by phone, visiting anything like that? If they don't even live in the area then why are you spazzing out? I mean its online for goodness sake. You constantly have someone trying to steal them away from you. Which eventually someone better is gonna come along (or so they think) and take them away.

The only things that hurt a relationship are the things that you allow to hurt it. 9 months sounds pretty serious, so you should trust each other, exchange passwords so that you'll feel better and your putting yourself out there too letting him no that you have nothing to hide either. However, the public web sites are not the cause of anyone cheating. It is a personal character flaw in some people who will cheat regardless of their resources. When your boyfriend is ready to settle down with you and only you, he will find a way to make you know it, and even be willing to close down his myspace account and receive messages only at his private address, to which you will both have access to make you happy . Until that time, stop stressing yourself about what he is doing. As long as he is spending most of his real time with you, and treating you well, you have little to be concerned about.
